Prof. Robby Peibst will present a poster entitled "Nickel oxidized by firing on poly-Si as recombination layer & hole-selective contact in perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells". The presented results partially stem from a cooperative masters thesis at ISFH and MBE. This years SiliconPV will take place from 15th to 19th April in Chambery, France, in conjunction with the nPV & bifiPV workshop.
