The MBE will participate this year with two poster contributions at the Nanoday 2023 in Hannover, Germany.
Ms. Hannah Genath will present a poster entitled "Growth of Nd2O3 layers on Virtual SiGe Substrates on Si(111)".
Ms. Jenny Norberg will present a poster entitles "Exploring the limits of nickel silicide formation".
