Seminar for Electronic Materials and Devices (currently paused)

The seminar features presentations delivered by students and PhD candidates on select technical-scientific subjects, which are then discussed by participants. The primary emphasis is on contemporary topics within the realms of micro- and nanoelectronic devices, semiconductor technology, and materials research for electronics, particularly from currently ongoing research at our  institute.

Participation in this seminar is part of the "Technical Competence Area (Proof)" („Technischer Kompetenzbereich (Nachweis)“) module, where participants can earn 2 credit points. The evaluation for this module entails regular attendance during the seminar (mandatory) and the preparation and delivery of a presentation (approximately 30-minutes). These criteria apply equally should the seminar take place online.
